Chicago Squares chicagobears Player Edition: josephthuney Bears lineman Joe Thuney just won the inaugural "Protector of the Year Award" after an amazing season that helped transform the Bears O line into one of hte best in the NFL. Joe's pizza is inspired by one of his favorite foods, Kansas City style BBQ. The pizza starts out with a tangy KC BBQ sauce base and is topped with a combo of shredded mozzerella and sharp cheddar cheeses, homemade smoked brisket burnt ends, BBQ baked beans, and pickled jalapenos. After a quick bake in my gozney Dome it's finished with bread and butter pickles, cole slaw, and even more bbq sauce. This pizza is a winner, just like Joe.
