Congratulations Malcolm Goines on being named Indoor Football League's Week 12 Special Teams Player of the Week! The Sioux Falls Storm held off the Green Bay Blizzard 44-37 in Week 12, moving to 8-2 on the season and clinching a spot in the 2019 IFL playoffs. The Storm’s seven point victory was aided by the stellar special teams play of DL Malcolm Goines. The first defensive linemen to be awarded Special Teams Player of the Week this season, Goines blocked a long field goal attempt by Green Bay and then recovered the ball for a touchdown. The touchdown was the Storm’s first of the night and proved to be the difference in the final score. Goines finished his night with three tackles as well. The Sioux Falls Storm host the Nebraska Danger in Week 13.
