🇯🇵🐠Miso-cured Trout! (from Costco) This is basically a version of Japanese “Ikura Don” which is a rice bowl topped with salmon roe. But instead we’re using smoked trout roe from rareteacellar. Idk what you’d call this so if you speak Japanese feel free to name it for us. I like “Masu Don”. #Cooking #miso #japanesefood
