Every story matters…For the Kids Being able to witness Dance Marathon 32 is something I will take with me for the rest of my life. I was there from 7:00–9:30 PM to see the beginning as all the families walked in, and I came back for the final stretch from 1:00–5:45 PM to see everyone in DM still going strong. Seeing the brave and resilient kids fighting pediatric cancer was so touching, especially watching the kiddo graduation for those who are five years in remission. Even hearing the families speak about their children whether they are still on this earth or not really shows how much strength these parents have and how much DM means to them. In the end, DM raised $1,695,270.32 all for the kids on floor 11. Once again, every story matters... for the kids. 📸 for thedailyiowan
