LGBTQ advocates have resoundingly condemned efforts to limit city and counties’ ability to protect the civil rights of trans and non-binary Iowans. More than 100 protesters filled a hallway of the Iowa Capitol Monday, Feb. 9, as a three-member House panel approved House Study Bill 664. The measure, submitted by Gov.
