Heartbroken is an understatement. 😭 Captain Marie-Philip Poulin has been ruled out of today’s game vs. the USA due to a lower-body injury sustained during Canada’s 5-1 win over Czechia, according to CBC’s Claire Hanna. ☹️ Poulin took a hit midway through the first period. After taking time to get up, she returned to the bench visibly in discomfort before ultimately heading to the dressing room. She did return to the bench to finish out the period, however she was unable to return to the game and was officially ruled out at the start of the third period. 😬 We’ll keep you updated with any further news. 😭 #womenssports #hockey #milanocortina2026 #mariephilippoulin #gcc
