Getting lost with a dead phone in foreign countries builds ✨character✨ ✍️ I really found myself while traveling after having the hardest year of my life. I went every day not knowing what country was planned for next week - heck sometimes I didn’t know where I was sleeping that night. That kind of ‘get yourself together and keep moving’ mentally is something I mastered but am currently trying to re channel. You see, when you learn “life skills” sometimes they go in the back pocket for when you need them again. Reality is, for me…I’m kinda intimidated, by a lot, in my home country? Im in a funk as the next chapter unfolds and it’s not the prettiest but I at least know the playbook of starting over & it’s the baby steps. Because here’s another truth, the process never actually stops.
