February is Black History Month, a time to honor black voices, leadership, resilience, and community.
At Miles for Migraine, we recognize that migraine and other headache disorders do not affect everyone equally. Black/African American individuals often face added barriers to diagnosis, treatment, and care making culturally affirming spaces for connection and support especially important.
That’s why we offer a Support & Community Group specifically for Black/African Americans living with migraine and other headache disorders. This group is a safe, understanding space to share experiences, build community, and remind one another that you are not alone.
Meets: 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month, online
Time: 7:00 PM (ET)
Who: Black/African Americans living with migraine or other headache disorders
This Black History Month, and every month, we celebrate community, connection, and the power of being seen and supported. 💜
