Beach Party Mini Cakes 🏖 How cute are these?! Perfect for a beach themed party and so much more approachable than making a full sized cake! You’ll need- -narrow pans -cake batter (any flavor you like) -blue jello (prepared and cooled) -crushed graham crackers -sour belts -teddy grahams -peach rings -royal icing flowers -umbrella toothpicks 1. Fill narrow pans with cake batter halfway and bake for 15-18 minutes or until done. 2. Once cool, frost one half of the cake with white frosting, the other half with blue. Top the white frosting with graham cracker crumbs and place into the fridge until the frosting is firm. 3. Pour the prepared jello into the cake tin on the side frosted with blue frosting. Place back into the fridge until set. 4. Add peach rings for the floaties, rainbow belts for beach towels, gummy starfish, royal icing flowers, a toothpick umbrella, and a few teddy grahams!
