I will never book another Ryanair flight unless I have no other flight options. Steve’s seat in 1A just disappeared from the plane and he didn’t get an email that he had been moved until we checked in (even though the app showed he was in 27F randomly). Worst communication ever, yet no matter how many times I unsubscribe to their marketing emails, I still seem to get those.
