Christmas Pavlova 🎄 This one is simple to make and so very delicious! You can top with any of your favourite fruits and toppings. I love shaping it like a wreath to be extra festive. Recipe: Whip 6 room temperature egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks appear. Add 1.5 cups of white sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Mixture should look glossy. Add 2 tsp corn starch and 1 tsp white vinegar and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix until combined Shape mixture onto parchment paper in shape of a wreath and smooth with a spoon. Put baking sheet into oven preheated to 300.
