Kittiwakes are fleeting visitors, spending most of their lives out at sea, arriving on our cliffsides in spring to raise their chicks.   Although their visit is short stayed they are a welcomed sight, with wings that look as if they’ve been dipped in ink and gentle, soft-looking faces.   Apart from this guy.
