Commissions for a Brutalist Building: Léon Wuidar alongside Sol LeWitt and Daniel Buren ✨️⁠ ⁠ In the early 1980s, Léon was commissioned by Charles Vandenhove to design permanent enamelled panelling for part of a building at the University Hospital CHU (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire) in Liège, Belgium.⁠ ⁠ Art historian and curator Marjolaine Lévy comments: ‘Brutalist architecture is fundamental to Wuidar’s work.
