A DNA match has linked a serial killer to a 30-year-old cold case out of Hillsboro, Oregon. Elizabeth Wasson, 82, was found by her daughter and son-in-law in September 1992. Her case remained cold until a Hillsboro Police detective had evidence from several cold cases retested for DNA in 2023.
