I just don’t feel the need to elaborate or explain how we got here. All I can say is that it’s been the catalyst for so much change and growth in my life. Choosing differently changes your timeline. Point blank. If you keep getting nudged to do something different ~ do it! What I do want to share is my relationship with myself is the best it’s ever been. It feels expansive, regulated, honest, loving and kind. Being sober has provided a canvas for the utmost clarity and deep listening, allowing for integration and embodiment. And the best part is I now show up and be that in all my other relationships. We are sacred mirrors of one another after all ~ so if your mirror is dirty… so will the reflections that come into your life. #justsayin I am closer to wholeness than I ever was.
