On Thursday morning, landscapers were rolling out rows of the Bermuda grass that will soon engulf Erlanger Park, the new home of the Chattanooga Lookouts. Rich Mozingo, the Lookouts president, looked on from beside the third base dugout as the landscapers patted down another layer.
