Its been a minute since I’ve done any personal design projects but I finally had some time to put something nice together! The Falcons are the NFL team that I cheer for which has always made it difficult to come up with a concept for them that I really like, but I finally designed a uniform I really am pleased with. It’s not perfect by any means but I thought it turned out well! This concept simplifies the jersey and corrects some things that the most recent rebrand missed on, in my opinion. I made the numbers smaller as well as used the Falcons main font for the number font to make them read clearer than their current set. I also shrunk the ATL nameplate and spelled out the word Atlanta to make the front of the jersey feel less crammed. The sleeve stripes are a nod to the 70’s-80’s Falcons unis and provide a nice modern touch to historic roots.
