Here’s the thing. I adore Rice Krispie Treats. Like I really really love them. Always have. But don’t even try to give me one that’s dry, crispy and crumbly. I want one that’s soft and chewy and full of melted marshmallow. And that’s exactly what these are! This is a big batch recipe that makes a lot of marshmallow treats. Cut them into big squares, wrap them up in parchment or wax paper and hand them out. Your friends will thank you!
