A U.K. radio host incorrectly announced Dick Van Dyke’s death while reporting on James Van Der Beek’s passing on Heart FM’s Breakfast Show on Thursday. Singer Ashley Roberts mistakenly said “Dawson’s Creek’s Dick Van Dyke passed away” before being corrected by co-host Jamie Theakston.
