According to court documents obtained by TMZ_tv, the former RHOA star claims Todd has been living rent-free in her Atlanta guest house since their separation, and hasn’t paid a dime toward expenses. ___________________________ Kandi says the property was purchased before their marriage and belongs solely to her. In the filing, she claims Todd hasn’t contributed to any maintenance or upkeep costs, including utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control, or even the home’s alarm system fees.
