DEVASTATING FIRE: At least four dogs have died and several are missing after a fire tore through One Step Closer Animal Rescue in Andover, where about 40 dogs were housed. Most were evacuated with help from first responders and nearby rescues, while at least one was treated for burns. With no space to store supplies, OSCAR is asking for monetary donations to help rebuild and cover housing and medical care, and a GoFundMe has already raised more than $97,000.
