This Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, Delaplaine Arts Center is partnering with Heartly House to uplift survivor voices through a powerful art installation honoring lived experience. The installation, free to the public, features artwork created by survivor Safrianna Lughna during her teen years, alongside art created by numerous survivors through the Clothesline Project: Threads of Hope, Voices of Survival. The installation creates space for reflection, visibility, and awareness. Each piece tells a story of resilience and strength. Art has the power to name what’s often left unspoken. By highlighting survivor-created work, we shine a light on teen dating violence and remind our community that everyone, even young people, deserve relationships rooted in respect, safety, and love.
