HOUSE FIRE: A resident was hospitalized and two others were displaced by a house fire this afternoon in East Rockaway. According to the East Rockaway Fire Department, firefighters responded quickly and the fire was brought under control in approximately 40 minutes with 75 firefighters on scene. Nassau County Fire Marshal Investigators and NCPD Arson Bomb Squad Detectives are on scene working to determine the cause of the fire.
