Directed by Mona Fastvold and starring Amanda Seyfried (mingey), “Discipline” is the 31st commission from Miu Miu Women’s Tales. Set in a misty boarding school in Northern Italy, the film explores femininity as a “predetermined theatre” where intimacy between girls and garments becomes a ritual of nurture and constraint. Featuring an abstract score by _danielblumberg_ and choreography by celiarowlsonhall, the narrative follows a life-sized doll and its puppeteer through a routine of discipline and sartorial control.
