Lisbon this week with the UEFA MIP cohort. I am sending you this message you better catch it: No pitch. No boots. No comfort zone. Just rooms where I’m where we are not the expert. And that’s intentional. Growth starts where ego ends. This week stretched us mentally in ways football never did. Different language. Different pressure. Different responsibility. But here’s the truth: 👉🏾Talent isn’t enough. 👉🏾 Experience isn’t enough. 👉🏾 Reputation isn’t enough. If you don’t understand the system you’re in, it will eventually control you. That’s why I keep putting myself in uncomfortable rooms.
