a little about me: I LEFT my job a Peloton (where the “get em banned” clip was from) over a year and a half ago. I had to wait a YEAR due to my contract to do what I loved (teaching and coaching fitness) saved my own money, invested in myself and in November launched my own fitness/wellness app, @NKO Club™ as a “country club” for the misfits. My dream: to create a place where EVERYONE is welcome, safe and empowered to move, improve their mental fitness and tap into their own power their own way.
