This is another trend I’ve been seeing on my feed this past week. I had everything in the House and decided to try it… I’ve made it for the past 3 mornings. I suppose it was a fabulous hit! . . Sausage Egg Tortilla Bake . . Tortilla. Sausage (I used maple chicken sausage from Trader Joe’s. Chopped tomato. Shredded cheese. Chopped scallions. Chopped parsley. But it’s completely versatile. Use what you have to make it your own. No real recipe. Just follow the video to assemble and bake at 375F for 18 minutes. I also drizzled it with chili crisp at the end, but you could certainly drizzle it with salsa or hot sauce or nothing at all. Would be terrific with guacamole as well. . . . #tortilla #eggbake
