Pricilla began her journey as a process line analyst at the Recife Tampas factory, advanced to production supervisor and, after 12 years at Ball, is now an Assistant Production Manager at our Pouso Alegre plant in Brazil. Her focus is on developing talent and encouraging everyone to tap into their best selves in pursuit of results, all while upholding the company's values and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
