Carolina Day 2026 recap 💚 Spartans arrived in Columbia with a shared purpose: to advocate for access, opportunity and the future of higher education. Students connected with peers across the USC System, deepened their understanding of the legislative process and saw firsthand how their voices help shape policy. The day concluded at the South Carolina State House, where each USC institute was recognized on the floors of both the House and Senate before students explored the history behind the halls where decisions are made.
