Vendor opportunities are now available for Kansas City Fashion Week S/S 2026 at Union Station, March 25–28. Brands, boutiques, makers, beauty lines, and lifestyle products have the chance to connect with thousands of fashion-focused attendees throughout show week - both during our nightly runway events and at our Saturday Vendor Market. NIGHTLY VENDORS Dates: March 25–28 (evenings during runway shows) Cost: $150 per night Showcase your brand during one of the most highly attended fashion events in the Midwest. SATURDAY VENDOR MARKET – MARCH 28 Timeframe: 10AM–4PM at Union Station and 6pm-9:30pm Night Market Cost $400 — includes full daytime Vendor Market and a Nightly Vendor spot for that same evening.
