Ingredients: - 1/4 cup cocoa powder - 1/2 cup brown sugar - sprinkle of cinnamon - pinch of salt - dash of vanilla extract - 1 & 1/2 cups milk - 1/4 cup heavy cream - 3 oz. dark rum - 1 oz. Frangelico - Marshmallow Fluff Steps: 1. Rim shot glasses with Marshmallow Fluff and carefully toast with a kitchen torch 2. In a pot, combine all ingredients except for dark rum and Frangelico 3.
