Challenging oneself to hit a small target during practice will turn you into a pro when it comes to making adjustments on the field…which all athletes know we have to do ALOT! Give yourself a number you want to hit and restart until you reach your goal 3/10 was mine & Batting .300 is still All-Star numbers but next time I’m going for hall of fame batting 1000 with the 3 in a row! 😜 Goal to just get better every time and increase the challenge!
