BHM has been a lil quiet this year… Guess the marketing world conveniently forgot. So my heart exploded when I got an email from waltdisneyworld telling me they were bringing 20+ Black creators to Orlando to park hop and #CelebrateSoulfully, no strings attached. I was a little worried tbh… I don’t have kids, I’m not a family creator, and I travel solo. But the little Black girl who grew up, believing in magic, miracles, and dreams coming true—she made me say yes! So I rode Space Mountain, traveled the world in Epcot, safari’d through AdventureLand, all while seeing all the ways, Disney celebrates Black voices.
