Students walked out of school yesterday at 1 p.m. to protest recent actions by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The walkout lasted over two hours and, at its peak, involved an estimated number of 200 students.  “Seeing them walk out of the school, one after another, made me feel very hopeful about the future,” sophomore and walkout organizer Hudson Terreros said. “And seeing everyone walk around, keep fighting was awesome.” During the protest, students walked out onto the football field by the parking lot off of West 75th St. and yelled chants like “F— ICE” and “No Trump. No KKK.
