Here's a little dribbling drill you can do in just a small amount of space! If you don't have cones just use shoes, bottles of water, or whatever you can find laying around your house. Space them around 6 to 8 feet apart in a triangle. Run through each phase (1,2, and 3) for 4 times each then move on. #1x4 #2x4 #3x4 NOTES While you are doing these drills focus on perfecting the routine before adding speed to it. When you go to your right use your right foot and when you are going to your left use your left foot. It's important to work your non-dominant leg so that it gets stronger and you gain a better mind-body connection so that those synapses are firing full tilt in a game! After you've ran through these 3 drills come up with your own. Then tag a friend to challenge them to finish your custom routine! . . . #statecollege #pennstate #statecollegesoccer #indoorsoccer #celticfc #pennstatesoccer #c3sports #futsal #centresoccer #springsoccer #trainhard
