Track 1: Leadership & Operational Excellence is a 12-week experience designed to help established businesses strengthen their systems, improve operations, and build the leadership structure needed to scale confidently. SBII supports companies that have been operating at least two years and generate $250,000 or more in annual revenue, especially those preparing for expansion or contract opportunities. Eligible participants may also pursue supply-chain readiness certifications to increase access to corporate and government contracting pathways.
