Fitzgerald determined that lines from Durk’s songs “Who Want Smoke??” and “Ahhh Ha” can be introduced at trial, writing that references to retaliation for “Von” are relevant to prosecutors’ theory of motive. The case stems from a 2022 #LosAngeles sh—ting targeting #QuandoRondo, in which Rondo was unharmed but his friend #LulPab was k-lled.
