At the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, Stevenson Savart has made history as Haiti’s first Olympic cross-country skier. Born in Port-au-Prince and adopted by a French family at age three, Savart discovered skiing in the mountains of eastern France — and turned a childhood dream into reality.
