An avalanche caused a Swiss passenger train to derail, leaving multiple people injured. Nearly 30 people were onboard the BLS train as it derailed near Goppenstein. Local police said five people were injured, one of whom had to be transported to a nearby hospital. The other four were treated at the scene.
