10 周年を迎えたヒルトンの料飲コンテスト 「F&B マスターズ 2026」 2026 年2 月3 日（火）～5 日（木）の3 日間、ヒルトンの料飲コンテスト 「F&B マスターズ 2026」 日本・韓国・ミクロネシア地区決勝大会がヒルトン広島で開催されました。 今年は日本・韓国・グアム（ミクロネシア）より過去最多8 ブランド32 ホテルから、予選を勝ち抜いた135 名のファイナリストが集結。 料理・菓子・ソムリエ・バー・バリスタ・フォトの6 部門で技を競い合いました。 ヒルトン広島からも各部門に１名ずつが参加し、料理部門で第２位、菓子部門で第３位、フォト部門で第２位という輝かしい成績を収めました✨ 中でもフォト部門で受賞した中村は昨年バー部門第２位に続き、２年連続の受賞！ 今後も皆さまにより素敵な体験をお届けできるよう、チームメンバー一同精進してまいります！ Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Hilton’s prestigious food and beverage competition, “F&B Masters 2026,” was held at Hilton Hiroshima from February 3 (Tue) to 5 (Thu), 2026, hosting the Japan, Korea, and Micronesia Regional Finals.
