PARKING LOT ROBBERY: A Mount Sinai man is accused of dragging a 64-year-old woman with his car during a violent purse-snatching outside the T.J. Maxx in Port Jefferson Station, then crashing while trying to flee police in Farmingville Wednesday afternoon. Investigators say the suspect grabbed her purse in the Nesconset Highway parking lot just before 1 p.m., drove off as she held on and dragged her a short distance before she let go.
