Back in 2016, Richie Connell was selected to represent U18 Team USBOXLA, a group of the very best American box lacrosse players from across the country, assembled to compete in British Columbia against Intermediate and Junior teams. A decade later, Connell is one of nearly 40 Americans competing in the NLL, presently playing in his second season with the Georgia Swarm, who drafted the Evergreen, Colorado native in the fourth round of the 2023 NLL Entry Draft.
