Workers restored displays of the slavery exhibit at the President’s House Site on Philadelphia’s Independence Mall Thursday afternoon. This comes a day after Judge Cynthia Rufe set a Friday deadline for the Trump administration to restore the exhibit as the administration’s appeal is pending in court. After the panels were removed in January by the National Park Service due to President Trump’s administrative order, the city of Philadelphia sued the Interior Department and the Park Service. #whyynews
