Almost all of my tutorials include a written breakdown in the caption. Not this one. This transition takes me back to where I first learned it: the yoga rooms of early 2000s Los Angeles. Back then, you showed up to class. You’d pack into krista_cahill_yoga and brockleecahill classes just to watch them press to handstand and dream about doing it one day. Or take kathrynbudig class at yogaworks on Montana and practice right next to Bill Murray.
