BLOOD ORANGE GIN SOUR 🧡⇩ Citrus season is calling, and this sour is the answer 🍊 itscocktailhour_ brings together bright blood orange and the delicate florals of our Elderflower Rose Gin in one beautifully frothy sip 😋 BLOOD ORANGE GIN SOUR • 2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin • ¾ oz Blood Orange Juice • ½ oz Simple Syrup • ¾ oz Lemon Juice • 1 Egg White • 2-3 Sage Leaves METHOD: In a cocktail shaker, combine Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, blood orange juice, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, an egg white and a few sage leaves. Reverse shake to get the best foam on your cocktail: start by shaking with ice, then strain out the ice and finish with a dry shake. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with two sage leaves. Enjoy!
