Halloween Week on 3 With JP continues for the top three throws in college football. At number three this week is one of the best stories in college football right now that's not getting enough shine. Max Duggan got told he wouldn't start for TCU in August. Fast forward two months, and he's leading the Big 12 in passing yards and touchdowns. He's the unofficial mayor of Fort Worth with Heisman buzz. Just awesome. #tcu #tcufootball #maxduggan #big12football #collegefootball #collegefootballnews #3withJP #lighthelmetstop3throws
