Remember, this is just *my* opinion. This line was just not a good match for my hair. I have straight hair. I have an oily scalp, my roots get weighed down easily. Low porosity roots, medium porosity lengths, higher porosity ends. I don’t necessarily need a heavy conditioner…my hair does fine even with silicone free, but I usually go for conditioners with heavier silicones for the protective benefits as long as they don’t weigh me down. The shampoo weighed my hair down heavily. Fine, maybe the shampoo just isn’t a match. I say this as someone who genuinely loves Pantene and has for years…this is not a brand I have any issue with. But the formula just doesn’t make sense to me. A line that weighs my hair down is supposed to help with shedding? How is the scalp serum supposed to penetrate through all of that?
