This is one thing that drives me crazy about how quarterback play is judged. Not enough time is spent looking at Unbelievable INCs like this one.
It happens to good quarterbacks a couple times per game. They make a play and put a ball in THE spot. The perfect spot. The spot their coach would point to with a laser pointer if he was telling him where they wanted to put the ball.
But something happens. Their wideouts legs get tripped up. The defender jumps 40” in the air to make a play. Whatever it is, that perfect throw goes in the books as an INC.
I want to take the time to celebrate these throws because I don’t feel like enough people do. This is the first of many….
