There are so many incredibly tough decisions that big-time, power five college football coaches have to make. I just don’t think this is one of them. Develop the guy you put so much effort into getting in that quarterback room to the best of your ability. Does that mean you’re bending to his ego? No. Does that mean avoid tough love if the guy needs it? Of course not.
