Pause to find your team if I didn’t talk about them.
I love this graphic from
@profootballfocus. Got me thinking…
LSU seems to be the big winner of the transfer portal from this graphic. No surprise. You get that many snaps from a transfer class highlighted by Jayden Daniels from ASU and Seyvn Banks from Ohio State, and it’s becomes pretty clear why 247 Sports has their transfer portal class ranked third.
Both Oklahoma and USC are at around 1:1 ratio of snaps gained and snaps lost. But the difference in where their transfer classes are ranked shows how much quality snaps lost vs. gained matters. USC ranked first in transfer portal recruiting with a 90.48 out of 100 “team score” according to 247 Sports. Oklahoma is in fourth with a 58.34 team score.
Auburn has always been a lot of transfer activity, but usually they’re a little bit higher on that Y axis.
Virginia saw over 11,000 potential returning snaps leave in the transfer portal. What is going on in Charlottesville?
